Hello! My name is Jennifer Fetner. I am so excited to be the Principal of Semmes Elementary. I have worked at Semmes Elementary since March 2021. I served the school as the Assistant Principal until May 25, 2022, when I was then named Principal. I have worked in the Semmes community my entire career. I have worked at J.E. Turner Elementary and Allentown Elementary. I have taught first and third grade and served as a technology resource teacher. I also work at the University of Mobile as a part-time adjunct instructor for instructional technology classes and instructional design. I have a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Elementary Education and I have an Educational Specialist Degree in Instructional Technology. I also have a Leadership Certificate in Administration. I am looking forward to leading this great school and continuing my work in the Semmes community!
